🧑🍳 Instructions
🔹 Step 1: Make the Dough

In a food processor or large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.

Add butter and pulse or cut in until pea-sized crumbs form.

Slowly add ice water until dough just holds together.

Divide in two discs, wrap, and chill 30 min.
🔹 Step 2: Make the Filling

In a small bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, and cumin until smooth.

Spoon into a piping bag or zip-top bag for easy filling (optional).
🔹 Step 3: Assemble Hand Pies

Roll out dough to 1/8” thick. Cut into 4” rounds or squares.

Spoon 1 tsp goat cheese mixture and 1 tsp chile jam onto each round.

Fold over into half-moon or rectangle and crimp edges with a fork.

Chill assembled pies 15 min (helps prevent leaks).
